Overview
Hop aboard South Haven’s old-fashioned red trolley and join The Mitten for a hidden gem tour this summer! Get the local low-down on some of the lesser-known treasures beautiful Southwest Michigan has to offer. Start the tour with a scenic drive to a creamery where you can not only sample and buy cheese - you get to pet and feed goats! From there, we will head to a lake loved by the locals. It has warm water, a very shallow entry, and a great sandy swim area, perfect for all ages (lifejackets available). After swimming we will head to a local cider mill that makes and sells food, hard cider and non alcoholic drinks. There are outdoor games to play, nature trails to explore, farm animals to see, hammocks and rocking chairs for lounging. All of the stops on this kid-friendly tour will feature activities and locations that you don’t hear about as often, so we’re sure to have something new even for seasoned Michigan visitors!
