Simulation: Detroit garage rock/psychedelic band Simulation draws influence from bands like Ty Segall, Thee Oh Sees, and Fuzz, as well as prog and alternative influences like Rush and Queens of the Stone Age, striving to create a unique sound and a high-energy live performance that gets people going crazy!
Izak: Electrifying acoustic rock trio Izak’s sound is a veritable charcuterie of tasty genres with inspiration drawn from such bands as Green Day, Less Than Jake, and Flogging Molly; picking at smatterings of folk punk, Sun Records-era rockabilly, ska, and even jazz, combining to create their unique flavor of bouncy Americana with heartfelt lyrics.
Gunnar Applebaum: Detroit, Michigan-based songwriter, composer and filmmaker Gunnar Applebaum has a keen ear when it comes to delivering the experimental, strange, and macabre. Gathering several folk and hymn inspirations from names like Johnny Cash and Hank Williams, Applebaum twists the motifs into his own demonic ballads of misery, depression, and death.
