(Ages 6 months to 6 years)
Take a break from the chaos and connect with your little one in a gentle, family-friendly sound bath. We’ll use crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments in a relaxed, welcoming space where wiggles, snuggles, and sound exploration are encouraged.
Perfect for young children and their grownups
No need to sit still—movement and play are welcome
Optional: maybe bring a small pillow, water bottle, or favorite comfort item
