Spring in Paw Paw is a season of fresh starts, scenic views, and experiences that invite you to slow down and savor the moment. Just a mile outside downtown, the pedestrian Maple Island Bridge in Maple Lake Park has been completely rebuilt, offering a beautiful spot for peaceful walks and lake views as nature wakes up. May also brings the return of live outdoor concerts at Warner Vineyards, where visitors can enjoy national acts and even stay in the iconic and luxurious train car. Spring Highlights Around Paw Paw

1. Warner Vineyards

Live music season officially kicks off at Warner Vineyards on May 16 with an unforgettable night featuring Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd tribute bands Echoes of Pompeii and Kashmir. Doors open at 6:00 PM, with the show starting at 7:30 PM, setting the tone for a summer filled with incredible music under the stars. 2. Farmers Market

The Paw Paw Farmers Market is getting a fresh update this season, bringing it closer to the heart of downtown. The market will now be held at Courtyard Park, with Paw Paw Street closed between Kalamazoo Avenue and Niles Street to create additional space for vendors, shoppers, and gathering.

The Sunday Farmers Market will take place every Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., running from May 17 through October 18, with the exception of Wine & Harvest weekend. Shoppers can enjoy fresh produce, baked goods, handcrafted goods, and more while soaking in the walkable charm of downtown Paw Paw.

The market is also expanding its popular Night Market offerings this year with three Friday night markets on June 5th, July 10th, and August 7th all from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., creating a fun evening atmosphere filled with local flavor, shopping, and community connection.

3. St. Julian Winery & Distillery

At St. Julian Winery & Distillery, spring ushers in a full calendar of ways to sip, explore, and linger a little longer. Winery tours continue throughout the year on Fridays at 2:00 PM and Saturdays at 11:00 AM and 12:30 PM (with a few select date exceptions), offering guests an inside look at their beautifully renovated space. Live music on the patio returns every Friday starting in May, alongside a rotating lineup of arts and crafts events, curated wine tastings, food trucks, and more. This April also brings an exciting new release with the debut of Beach Please—a playful new wine line featuring a sweet red, white, and rosé, plus a sparkling peach wine—perfectly crafted for lake days, warm evenings, and dreaming of sandy shores near and far.

4. New Partnership At The Lucky Wolf

A delicious new chapter is unfolding at The Lucky Wolf thanks to a creative partnership with The Kitchen. Together, they’ve expanded the food experience at the historic Paw Paw Playhouse venue, bringing a thoughtful, seasonal menu to life that pairs beautifully with The Lucky Wolf’s lineup of music, theater, and community events.
