Holiday Magic Comes to the Lakeshore

When holiday lights begin glowing across downtown and the harbor, South Haven takes on a different kind of sparkle. Holiday in the Haven brings families together for one of the community’s signature seasonal celebrations, beginning at the Michigan Maritime Museum with a holiday craft, Cocoa with the Captain and a festive sing-along. At 5:00 PM, the Holiday in the Haven Parade carries the celebration through downtown.

The parade ends at Dyckman Park for the community tree lighting, followed by pictures with Santa beginning at 5:30 PM. Downtown shops, restaurants and decorated storefronts add even more to the evening, giving families plenty to explore before and after the festivities. Bundle up and experience a South Haven tradition filled with twinkling lights, familiar holiday favorites and a little Lake Michigan magic.
